SAT And chuck joins the ranks!!
Red Dawn Pics --
Thumper : 12.03.2008 : " The game is on.
Section8 has 8 or 9 players so far plus walkons with Robert heading
up the Russians side. Grendel should be there to help...Section
8 is against ths Wolverens with 5 PainCell, 6 Bose pitbulls and
some guys out of Augusta (unknowns) .. To the section8 guys who
havent chimed in - we could use some help!! This is shaping up to
be a real challenge.. 4-5 more brothers would be real nice - real
nice!
If you dont get enough paintball on Saturday, a few of us may
be going out early sunday to TT to play in the tail end of Urgeny
Fury.."
Bear adds : Should be at both.. I would rather go to
the farm on sat and play at TT on sunday.
Aerion adds: Sounds like we're in for a REALLY cold weekend.
Supposed to get down to 18 degrees Saturday morning. Might want
to factor this in.
DREW AFTER : "Hmmm Upon reflection this was probably
the best single day of paintball i have played. I enjoyed the fact
that there werent too many people there. I appreciated the one on
one aspect of the playability. I loved the field-- a few more hay
bales and it will be perfect. 10 / 10. did i mention i had fun?
LB- You are awesome competition"
THUMPER AFTER :"PS: to the bose pitbulls - you guys
rocked at the farm house. Hats off on a very well played game. Yall
rolled us bad on a few of those missions. When yall dig in, you
really dig in. When you move, you move together and in force. Excellent
ball - and easily on par with the best guys we have played against.
As soon as you guys are ready to play/practice in force again, please
let me know. Im hoping to prep the field at the Perry's for some
more dynamic games/practice stuff."

: Section8 plays @ TT - ad hoc pump players challenge..
Thumper : "good fun Sunday 8.13
While it wasnt really planned, sunday tuned into a pump players
challenge with some hard hittting pump players from section 8 taking
on all challengers.
It was a late start for the day,and the first game started up around
11:45am.
LB, Deebo, Kyle, Robert, Josh and yours truely upheld the honor
of pumpers and LPPC members worldwide.. (4 of the 6 were pumping)
The otherside averaged 9 players of mixed experience, maybe 1 rental,
and two players from Team Nightfall.
games included:
* King of Antietam - defenders hold the spinner as long as you
can - endless spawn for attackers.
* King of BAN ME - scored at 10 minute and 20minutes, endless spawn,
shotgun start.
* 3 flag no mans - 5 minute tree of life, have all 3 flags to win.
* King of no-mans - control the spinner, endless spawn, we dont
stop till someone pukes.
* 2 flag antietam - no spawn.
* 2 flag antietam (swap sides) - no spawn.
* King of BAN ME - scored at 8 and 15 minutes - endless spawn, shotgun
start.
By the last game, no one wanted more.
Pumpers won: 7 for 7. And leaving a few guys with shiney new semi's
wanting payback.. I expect fireworks next saturday..

-- its been a hot summer to say the least, and the troops are anxious
to hit the road -- check out the fall calendar--> Ive invited
Chappy to join us for a few games as my guest - and I defacto'd
spook onto the roster as a member due to his long standing affiliation
w/ Ball Busters - and he got me in a one-on-one. His skills have
come a long-long way. Deebo earned his doo-wrag at Sniper! and is
impressing quite a few folks running and gunning. - I think we have
a LAWS operator!!
Everyone please make sure you have a Marauder or Fusion Light jersey
as we go into the fall season. I want to look like a team - not
a bunch of walkons.

Tom) with endless spawn a nearby based - I was the shot down and
wouded pilot, and the US was to find and protect me, the VC to find
me and eliminate me -- very very scenario like - except for the
smaller numbers and somewhat disorganized movements. Del ran the
games Saturday very well - playing like 15 games in 3 to 4 game
sets. Im still sore. As he and I work together, Im hoping to continue
raising the bar on the games played. -- ps: and Im playing.."

SAT & 03.12 SUN: Thumper Before : "Spring
Cleaning this sat 8:00am - 10:30 @ TT 3.11.06 -- hey guys - I have
a few hours saturday AM before John-John's baseball game @ 12:00pm.
Im bringing my golfcart and some small trash cans. Aerion said he
would help. I would like to get the burn barrels cleaned out, and
keep filling them with trash from the field - focused on the tower,
generals stations, village, speedball field, remote staging area
and radar station. And get the barrels burning and working well
to help keep the trash under control. I would like to drop the netted
area near the grave yard and move that netting back to the compound.
I would like to plan some hardcover between no-mans and the graveyard.
Ill be there at 8:00am. And I would like to invite those who cant
make PBCs game to join me in a little spring cleaning of TT's game
field. Steers : get that tent taken down or moved into the woods.
Spyderman - pm me any concerns or suggestions. Ill keep an eye on
the work effort. Yall chime in if you can make it. Bring gloves,
some one bring a rake, maybe an ax or two. Some one bring some trash
bags."
Thumper After: "Special thanks to Aerion and Animal
for meeting me out at TT bright and early saturday. - We busted
tail getting the staging area cleaned up, and the burn barrels going
in full swing. Patric even pitched in for a moment for the dirty
work. Sunday at day break, Kyle was steady cleaning markers and
masks - and Ross came in to help out. Eric and I jumped on the field
and got the main play areas picked up - and im here to tell you,
if it would burn, we burned it. Thanks all. Now if someone would
haul those 20 bags of trash, the staging area would be in ship shape."
Spyderman After : "thanks for the help guys, it
needed to be done. I was going to come out friday and do it all
but thanks to yall I won't have so much to do when I get there.
I will speak to robbie about the trash and see if we can get it
out ASAP"

 2006.02.26
SUN: Section8 Practice @ TT -- Thumper " hey guys - nice
practice yesterday 2.26.06 -- it was a bit less formal that usual,
but we did have some fun.
In particular - Animal - you are Da MAN!! The work you did w/
Ross and Kyle on the tower/south base game was exemplary of how
a small team is supposed to work. Again, trust your natural instincts.
They are right on - you are become a man to be feared - (and certainly
a guy i want WITH me and not AGAINST me.)
And Robert made my radar. He played in the combat USA days,
and had returned to play for real - looking to get further into
scenario. Robert is invited as my guest.
Kyle/Ross: keep on keeping on. Ross: nice working w/ you on
that search and destroy game pushing up the hill at the end - and
nice slice and dice on patches earlier same game. Kyle - cover his
butt when Ross goes hunting ears. I can certainly see Animal attached
to your little group. He plays plenty smart and needs very little
in the way of direction.
RSVP for next practice yall... Thumper OUT."
